Physical Education Center Emory University Atlanta, Georgia

The George W. Woodruff Physical Education Building is a three-level multi-purpose physical education building and biomedical research facility nestled into a hillside to flow with the scale of the campus. The 187,000-square foot (17,400 sm) building is located along a student pedestrian path which connects the campus educational buildings with nearby residential-scaled fraternity houses. Considered one of the premier college/university teaching and athletic facilities in the country, this center provides intramural sports program facilities, including a basketball court, squash courts, rooftop tennis courts, a wrestling arena, an indoor running track, a dance studio, and an Olympic size swimming pool.
