Located in north Atlantas fastest growing suburb, Northpark Town Center is a 100-acre (40 hectares), mixed-use development. Construction of the complex will be phased over 18 years and will include nearly three million square feet of office space, an 800,000-square foot (74,300 sm) retail mall, and a 548-room luxury hotel with a conference center. Northpark will become a miniature town unto itself, addressing the problems arising from suburban growth by applying principles of urban design philosophy. Pedestrian bridges, restaurants, retail shops, and access to the citys rapid transit system are all a part of this master plan.
