Capital Square is poised to become Malaysias first city within a city. It is a mixed-use development on a 15.2-acre (61,500 sm) parcel, and is one of the largest integrated mixed-use developments in Malaysia.

The three-phase project includes two 40-story, 700,000-square foot (65,000 sm) office towers; a 400,000-square foot (37,200 sm) retail shopping center; a five-star, 590-room hotel with a business and convention center; and two residential towers. A landscaped circular motor entry provides a ceremonial entrance to the grand, 50-foot (15m) tall lobby. Large glass lobby walls open the interior space to the surrounding plazas, reflecting pools, and fountains.
