The 11,900-square foot (11,000 sm), five-story freestanding office building was designed to provide both a pedestrian and a visual entrance to Marina Square. With retail shopping on the ground level and four stories of office space above, the building utilizes architectural elements from the existing center to integrate it with the complex. Its energy-efficient design handles the tropical nature of Singapores climate and raised flooring provides the critical data processing space necessary for todays offices.
