This award-winning, 17-story structure consists of more than 200,000 square feet (18,600 sm) of operations space for the Bank of Communications, and approximately 97,000 square feet (9,000 sm) of prime leasable office space. The two functions within the building are separated at the seventh level, with the bank facility below and the office space above. Each component has its own entrance and mechanical system.

The surrounding historic areas played a significant role in the design of this signature building, and particular attention was paid to the detail and selection of quality materials and building systems.
