In response to strong demand for large floorplate office space, this six-story, 600,000-square foot (55,750 sm) structure was constructed above an existing 3,300-car parking deck. The long, rectangular, skylit atrium-lobby enables the six floors of offices to share the natural light and the beauty of the lobbys interior, which is accented with water features, furniture, art, and sculptures that were created by John Portman.
